Dead Pixel Mate Description

Dead Pixel Mate helps you diagnose, detect, find, fix and replenish any dead or stuck pixel lying on your device screen. The app is aided with two modes of detection viz. Auto Mode and Manual Mode.

#1. Auto Mode - A transition of colors take place within a specific period of time and helps you look up for a dead pixel.
#2. Manual Mode - Tap on the screen for the color transition to take place and be attentive to seek for the dead pixel.

Besides detection modes, the app has a 'Fix Dead Pixel' Mode which attempts to fix dead or stuck pixels. Look in the settings to customize this mode.
Alternatively, you can externally flash bright light on the dead pixel or softly rub it off with a pencil eraser to revive it.
